Our Values significantly drive the way we engage with clients and do our work. One of our favourite questions is “so what”. We challenge ourselves continuously to ensure that what we do will add value. From the small things right through to the big things – why bother if it isn’t going to make a positive difference? We think evaluation is very important, both to course-correct and to be able to understand and appreciate the value being added.

Rather than make assumptions, we like to clarify expectations explicitly to ensure that all efforts are aligned to ensure the desired outcomes.

We enjoy what we do and take pride in doing good work. We look for opportunities to introduce fun wherever possible, especially when people get together to collaborate & learn. We think misery is optional and encourage others to chose enjoyment and look for opportunity.

Establishing rapport and building strong relationships, whether with key client representatives or occasional participants on a programme or event, is key to getting the best possible results. Working in partnership with our clients, giving each other feedback, is very empowering.

Wherever possible we like to draw on evidence and data to support our design and delivery, whether this be through asking lots of questions or robust survey or assessment processes, we believe the results are often more powerful and sustainable.

We pride ourselves in challenging the status quo, trying new and different things alongside our proven methodologies and approaches. In a context of constant change we think it’s crucial to continue learning and to apply the learning.
